A Parallel Method to Solve an Initial Value Problem

Using a technique to construct a sequence of approximation polynomials by mean of Lagrange interpolation, it is proposed an explicit multistep method to solve the initial value problem. A result of uniform convergence of the approximation sequence to the solution of the initial value problem is given. The method offers facilities of parallel calculus. Numerical examples are reported.
