Pseudo-quasitriangular subbialgebras

We present an algebraic construction which tell us how far a quantum system (H, R) (this is a pair which satisfies only some of the condition for (H, R) being quasitriangular) is from being quasi-cocommutative. Then we give a necessary and sufficient condition (which depends only on R) for (H, R) to provide a subbialgebra which is R-quasitriangular. We also give a formulation in terms of categories.
