Bhaskar Rao Designs and the Alternating Group A4

Generalized Bhaskar Rao designs over a finite group are rectangular arrays of group elements, with particular orthogonality properties. In this talk I present a construction for producing these designs and consider the case where the group is the Alternating group A4
