Comparison between the Least Squares and Distance Methods

In this paper, we deal with experiment of type 3m and how to fit a response surface model to this type of experiment. We shall use two methods to fit a response surface model to this type of experiment: these methods are the least squares and the distance methods, and make a comparison between these two methods to find out the similarities and differences between these two methods.
