The structure matrix of dynamical system

Let { Q1, Q2, Q3, ...} be chain recurrent set components of a dynamical system f:M --> M. The matrix \Pi = ( \piij) is such that \piij=1 if there is a trajectory starting at Qi and finishing at Qj, and \piij=0 in other case. The matrix is named the structure matrix of dynamical system f. The paper gives an algorithm for construction of the structure matrix of dynamical system with finite number of chain recurrent components.
