Preamble to Neutrosophy and Neutrosophic Logic

In this paper one presents an approach to neutrosophy from a philosophical standpoint, as an extension of paradoxism, together with comments to Neutrosophic Logic (or Smarandache Logic) which generalizes the fuzzy logic.
