Hash functions defined by quasigroup enciphering methods

Hash functions are a special kind of (public) functions, which are used for different cryptographic purposes, like signature schemes, message authentication code, etc. Using the quasigroups enciphering methods, we propose algorithms for construction of hash functions, which are weakly collision-free and strongly collision free.
