In this note we define first the notion of a bounded hyperK-algebra. Then we show that any hyperK-algebra can be extended to a bounded hyperK-algebra. Also we give some theorems which are shown that the product and union of two bounded hyperK-algebras are bounded hyperK-algebras too. After that by considering the hyperK-algebras which satisfy the hyperK-condition, we state and prove some related theorems. In particular we show that the union of two hyperK-algebras which satisfies the hyperK-condition does not satisfy the hyperK-condition in general.
