The Churn Analysis of the Insurance Company Using Data Mining Techniques

These days the telecommunication, credit card, and insurance companies have large data sets of the customers. And they want to get more valuable information about their customers by analyzing the data. Especially they want to know about the patterns of the customers that have more chance to churn. In data mining, various kinds of methods have been developed to do churn analysis. In this presentation, we will show the process of churn analysis by using the real data of a insurance company. And the way to find the best model will be discussed simultaneously.
