Stability of local topological properties and filters under product and supremum

A unified framework involving relations on filters is presented to characterize topologies with the property that their supremum with any topology with a given local property will retain that local property. We then consider topologies with the property that their product with any topology with a given local property will retain that local property. Local properties considered are countable tightness, countable fan tightness, Frechetness, and strong Frechetness.
