Creating a Web-Enhanced Statistic Course

In this paper, we will discuss the process involved in offering a course as a Web-Enhanced course. This process can also be easily extended to completely online courses. We will highlight the advantages and disadvantages from teacher's, student's, and administration's perspectives.
