Completely Hyperexpansive Operators

1. New characterizations of a completely hyperexpansive operator and a subnormal contraction are given.

2. Bounded and unbounded hyperexpansive composition operators are investigated.

3. Examples of bounded and unbounded (closed) densely defined 2-isometric (completely hyperexpansive, 2-hyperexpansive) composition operators with invariant domains are given.
