We discuss a result of multiplicity for a semilinear elliptic problem, with Dirichlet boundary conditions, where the nonlinearity changes sign, is odd, and has superlinear (subcritical growth). The functional associated is not simmetric because of the presence of a L2 term which destroies the simmetry. The solutions are found by applying a simmetric version of the Mountain Pass theorem by Ambrosetti and Rabinowitz.
