Conjugacy and Oscillation of a class of difference equations of third order

In this paper, sufficient conditions are obtained for conjugacy of a class of third order difference equations of the form y(n+2) + p(n)y(n+1) + q(n)y(n) + r(n)y(n-1) = 0, where r(n)is different from zero. The distribution of generalized zeros of linearly independent solutions of the equation is discussed.
