Study of Turbulent Phenomena and a Comperison of Theoretical Study with the Study Based on Data of Cyclone Occured in India

People observed turbulent phenomana and tried to understand it, though many thing of this dynamical system is yet to explore. Stating cronological study of turbulance author tried to compered here some theoretical studies with the study based on real data of cyclone occured in India.
