We will present a mathematical model for a finite number of stages of mutations using diffusion, logistic growth, and Holling type II of interactions between cells. We observe the behavior of the model by studying the traveling wave and the stability of the solution using computer simulations. We simulate the natural selection pressure on mutant cells and study the survival and instability of the pre-malignant stage.
