On Channel Capacity and Bayes Risk with Utilities

In the present comunication the application of two useful information measures have been studied. A new deterministic model for the channel capacity with utilities has been presented and a problem of decision making has been discussed.An upper bound on Bayes risk with utilities has also obtained in terms of the conditional useful information measure of order-alpha
