Let X be the inverse limit space of a tent map with periodic critial points. If h:X ® X is a homeomorphism that leaves the endpoints of X fixed, then there exists intergers M > 0 and N, such that the d(h(x), sN(x)) < M for all x on a particular composant of X, where s is the shift homeomorphism on X.
