Almost Periodic Flows on Three-Manifolds

A periodic flow on a three-manifold gives rise to a Seifert fibration of the manifold. I will discuss a notion of almost periodic flow and give conditions under which a three-manifold admitting an almost periodic flow is a Seifert fibered space.
