Gurland's distribution and some of its intresting properties

In this paper we considetr Gurland's Distribution,derive its different generating functions,momentgenerating, characteristic and kumulant generating functions. and demonstrate that the distribution has very intresting properties when transformed in trigonometric function which is useful for obtaining its higher order moments.we find special cases when parameters are restricted.We also make an atteampt to obtain an estimate of its parameters.
