This paper investigates a deterministic inventory model for deteriorating items with three-component demand rate. The demand rate is dependent on price, frequency of advertisement and displayed stock-level in a showroom. Finally, a sensitivity analysis is performed to investigate the efect of changes of the system parameters on the optimal profit.
