A study of a pair of quasi differential operators with matching interface conditions

Study of a pair of ordinary differential operators with matching interface conditions is found in literature. It is confined to the study of IVP, BVP, and self adjoint BVP for regular and singular cases. Here we intend to present a study of quasi differential operators for this kind of problem. This will simplify the task of discussing the problem of defficiency index, which in turn will pave the way to the study of spectral theory.
