Knowing whether an employee is low/high committed at the workplace, as well as identifying the facets of workplace are critically important in most academic/professional disciplines and of course in the “real world”. The logistic regression model was put on to ascertain the predicted vis-à-vis observed group membership of the subjects and their predicted probabilities. Of the subjects 62.14% in low commitment, 66.90% in high commitment and in all 64.56% subjects were correctly predicted into their respective clusters. The shift into group membership of the subjects’ was discovered using centripetal tendency analysis. The workplace antecedents of organizational commitment were recognized and outcome of it discussed in terms of workers’ satisfaction. Application may help management in diagnosing the mindsets of human resources and accordingly intervene to correct the behaviour in ideal direction
