A Hahn-Banach Theorem in Non-Compact Convexity Theory

This paper generalizes a Hahn-Banach theorem of M. van de Vel in Subbase Convexity Theory. In 1980 combining the concepts of a closed normal subbase and abstract convexity van de Vel proved two versions of the Hahn-Banach Theorem in a compact space. In this paper we generalize one of these for a non-compact Tychonoff space.
