On inverse limit spaces of tent maps with periodic critical points

Let f_s be a tent map on the unit interval with a periodic critical point. Let X_s be the inverse limit of the core. If h:X_s→ X_s is a homeomorphism, then the action of h on the endpoints is the same as that of a shift. Thus using the work of Block, Jakimovik, Kailhofer, and Keesling, we have that there exists and interger k such that h is isotopic to s^k where s is the shift map on X_s
