Dey, Suen and Das (2005) used finite projective geometry of dimensions 4 and 5 over GF (m) , m is a prime power , to obtain optimal asymmetric fractional factorial plans for estimation of mean, all main-effects and specified two factor interactions. We obtain nine new plans which are hierarchical in nature for estimation of the mean, all main effects and specified two factor interactions using finite projective geometry of dimension (r-1) over GF (m), m is a prime power.
