Lower and Upper Bounds Inequality of a Generalized ‘Useful’ Mean Code Length

In the present communication we have defined a new generalized ‘useful’ mean code words length and have studied its lower and upper bounds in terms of a generalized measure of ‘useful’ inaccuracy of order and degree . Particular cases have also been studied.
