Application of sequential methods for testing homogeneity in linkage

Two statistics for testing homogeneity of mixtures are considered and their sequential versions are provided. A Monte Carlo simulation is conducted to compare the two tests in terms of power, alpha and average stopping times, in the context of genetic linkage analysis.
