Hybrid Systems and Applications

Originally, hybrid systems were characterized by the interaction of a continuous time model, governed by differential and difference equations. However, typical hybrid systems arise everywhere and now include a variety of structures and new complexities. We shall, in this talk, provide a sample of various types of hybrid systems, including some systems that are beyond the normal mode.
