Charge Dynamics in an RC Circuit With Two Capacitors

I analyze a simple RC circuit containing two capacitors where one of the capacitor is initially charged and the other is completely uncharged. While the mathematics involved is mostly at the introductory physics level, the results is somewhat surprising.
