Affine a-resolvability in block designs

The affine a-resolvability with some properties has been discussed for block designs in literature since 1942 for a = 1 and in particular since 1963 for a ≥ 2. In this talk, the existence problem will be discussed for a balanced incomplete block design and 2-associate partially balanced incomplete block designs.
