Abstract
Let Da denote the Riemann-Liouville fractional derivative.
We are interested in studying the existence of solutions for
the nonlinear fractional differential equation,
L(D)u=f(x, u(x)), 0 < x < 1,
u(0)=0, u(1)=0,
where L(D)=Da1-a Da2,
1 < a2 < a1 < 2, with a > 0.
