Numerical solution of linear differential equations with fractional order

Definition of fractional derivative and fractional integral are given. Results on the qualitative behavior of solution of linear differential equations of fractional order are cited. The collocation method with orthogonal polynomials is applied. The resulting numerical scheme is discussed and numerical examples are given to illustrate our results.
