Lattice of quasiorders of monounary algebras

For an algebra (A, F), the lattice Quord(A, F) of all quasiorders of (A, F), i.e., of all reflexive and transitive relations compatible with all fundamental operations of (A, F), is dealt with. We show that if (A, f) is a monounary algebra, then Quord(A, f) is distributive iff it is modular and we find necessary and sufficient conditions for (A, f) under which Quord(A, f) is distributive.
