A Fast Algorithm for Rational Normal Curves

The Lie algebra method has been invented by W. A. de Graaf, M. Harrison, J. Pilnikova and the author for parametrizing various classes of surfaces. Here we "downgrade" the method as to parametrize rational normal curves. This gives an algorithm with polynomial bit complexity in the odd degree case.
