Morita equivalence and outer conjugacy of group actions

F. Combes [Proc. London Math. Soc. 49(1984),289-306] showed that two continuous actions α and β of a locally compact group G on two C^{∗}-algebras A and B both possessing countable approximate units are strongly Morita equivalent if and only if they are stably outer conjugate. In this talk we extend the result of Combes to the case of the group actions on arbitrary C^{∗}-algebras.
