Canonical forms of block matrix in Hilbert space

Let H = H1+H2+...Hn be a Hilbert space orthogonal decomposition. Then any linear bounded operator B in H may be written in block matrix form B=[Bij], i, j=1..n, Bij:Hj → Hi. Canonical forms (decomposition on irreducible up to some equivalence) of block matrix (with some properties) in Hilbert space are studied.
