A cofinitary group is a subgroup of the symmetric group on the natural numbers all of whose elements other than the identity have finitely many fixed points. Maximality is taken w.r.t. inclusion. By generalizing a result on the orbit structure of these groups we show the title result. We will also motivate this result.
