A strengthening of the D-property with applications in dispersed spaces/superatomic Boolean algebras

We show that a certain strengthening of the D-property of Baumgartner and Shelah is consistent. This can be applied to the techniques developed by Christina Brech to obtain a hereditarily separable scattered compact space of height w2 and a Banach space of density w2 with no uncountable biorthogonal systems.
