Central and Local Limit Theorems for Generalized Rook Numbers

We prove central and local limit theorems for a certain generalized rook number introduced by J. Goldman and J. Haglund [J. Combinatorial Theory, A 91 (2000)]. As corollaries we get known central and local limit theorems for the Stirling Numbers of the First and Second Kind and additionally new limit theorems for the Lah Numbers and certain classes of generalized Stirling Numbers.
