This work applies various techniques to take large stores of information and display the relevant portions in an easy to understand and interaction with way by using visualization techniques. By using both spatial and color based displays, information searched for can be found faster. Similar techniques are also used in human resource management decisions to make decisions more accurately and faster than the currently used manual methods. Finally, these techniques are used to prepare survey data overtime for easy to use presentations for explaining the trends in the data to people unfamiliar with it.
