A study of the vulnerabilities of different public-key encryption algorithms.

In this talk we discuss the vulnerabilities of the following public-key encryption algorithms: Rabin public-key encryption, Merkle-Hellman Knapsack encryption algorithm, McEliece public-key encryption, and Goldwasser-Micali probabilistic encryption.
