Vernam One-time Pad Encryption using Diffie Hellman Key Exchange protocol

This talk will be about implementation of the Verman Stream Cipher that includes One-time Pad encryption algorithm. The secret key for the sender and receiver will be created using the random number generation algorithm. This randomly generated key will undergo a key exchange using the Diffie Hellman key exchange protocol. The generated secret key from the key exchange protocol will be given as input to the Verman Cipher algorithm after modifying the length of the secret key to match with the length of the plaintext. The generated ciphertext will be decryptable using the same secret key.
