Crank-Nicholson method is used to solve nonlinear material equation describing photorefractive effect which is governed by screening solitons, and discovered by Askin in 1966. Matrix representation is introduced to find numerically soliton solution and simulation of the beam propagation. Also the stability of the numerical solution is investigated. Finally physical interpretation of the results is discussed. The outcome can be used in fabrication of all optical switching elements, and control of light by light.
