Description:
Mike Evans and Paul Humke were two of the founding editors of the Real Analysis Exchange. Evans is Head of the Mathematics Department at Washington and Lee. Humke is the North American Director of the Budapest Semesters in Mathematics Program. Marek Balcerzak was one of the organizers of the very successful conference held L‘ózd‘, Poland, during the summer of 1994 and he is Technical Editor of the Journal of Applied Analysis. Udayan Darji is one of the "up-and-coming" young American researchers in the field of Real Analysis. He has already given an invited address at one of the Summer Symposia on Real Analysis, the 17th SSRA, held in Erice, Italy, in 1995 and he is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Applied Analysis. He also happens to be a Ph. D. graduate of Auburn University, where he studied under the direction of the organizer of the Miniconference presently being announced.
