The workshop is devoted to present recent results on the theory and the numerical analysis of nonlinear hyperbolic
systems of conservation laws. In particular the following topics will be treated during the workshop:
Well-posedness for the Cauchy problem; nonlinear stability of solutions, etc. Undercompressive, nonclassical shock waves; kinetic relations, etc. Boundary and initial value problems Hyperbolic models arising in fluid dynamics and material science; phase transition dynamics, etc.
