The conference is intended to provide a forum for researchers dealing with theoretical, computational, and application aspects of operations research, to present their research findings and results, and to exchange their research ideas and experiences. Singapore welcomes all delegates from the Asia-Pacific and other regions of the world to attend this Conference. Singapore is an equatorial modern and clean city with multi-cultural character that is the epitome of the resurgent dynamism in the region, a place "where it all happens", and a place "where East and West meet".
