The Biomathematics Research Centre at the University of Canterbury and the Centre for Applications of Statistics and Mathematics at the University of Otago are inviting you to participate in a 2 day workshop on Statistical Methods for Environmental Management.
In the workshop we will discuss how to design surveys and collect data for environmental studies and how to analyse such data. We will look at environmental management for both land and water (marine and freshwater).
The workshop will focus on statistical survey designs and methods for environmental monitoring. Examples from environmental management case studies will be used to develop ideas.
