Description:
The first two weeks of the School will be devoted to instructional lectures of an expository nature in the following areas of Differential Geometry:

- New approaches to classical problems of geometry of surfaces - The Plateau problem for Lagrangian submanifolds - Symplectic geometry and Gromov-Witten invariants - Frobenius manifolds and differential geometry of integrable hierarchies - Geometry of special Lagrangian foliations and mirror symmetry

These lecture courses are intended for young researchers and graduate students in Differential Geometry, as well as other mathematicians with a background in Differential Geometry who wish to work in the above topics.

The third week will be devoted to a Conference, with lectures by experts on the most recent developments in the field.
