Description:
This year, the Annual Regional Group Theory Conference is to be held at Binghamton University on Friday, May 21 through Sunday, May 23. As you may know, this conference represents a continuation of the series of Ohio State-Denison Mathematics Conferences which are held in alternate years in Granville, Ohio, with the group- theorists meeting in the intervening years at various universities throughout the region.

This is an announcement of the meeting and a call for papers. If you are interested in attending, please inform either of us by letter or by e-mail, at the same time indicating whether you would like to give a talk (and giving a provisional title). It is anticipated that scheduled talks will be of twenty minutes' duration and, depending on the number of speakers, the program will begin on Friday morning or afternoon and conclude on Sunday. Send abstracts to Luise-Charlotte Kappe by mail or e-mail (LaTex, AMSTex, or ordinary text only) not later than May 1, 1999.

Date received: April 20, 1999, revised June 10, 2004
